She brings with her over 9 years of mortgage experience and has fluent knowledge of FHA, USDA, VA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
Alie obtained her associates degree from Gannon University.

Bill has been with us since February 2018. He brings with him over 26 years of experience in the residential and commercial mortgage industry. He has previous experience with First National Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Howard Hanna Mortgage.
Bill obtained his Bachelors Degree from Marietta College and his MBA from Cleveland State University.
Bill was raised in the Pittsburgh area and he, his wife, and his three children live in South Fayette Township.

Marty has been with us since July 2017. He brings with him over 18 years of experience in business banking, retail banking, and the insurance industry. He has worked with First National Bank Corporation, Huntington Bank, and Erie insurance Group.
Marty obtained his Bachelors Degree from Thiel College in Business Administration. He was born in Meadville, but raised in Greenville, Pennsylvania. He lives in Greenville with his wife and two daughters.
Marty is very active in his community serving as the Assistant Wrestling Coach at Reynolds High School, United Way of Mercer County Board Member, Greenville Chamber, and Rotary.
Marty is Mortgage, Property & Causality, Life, & Accident Health licensed in Pennsylvania.
Frank Essek
Frank has been with us since April 2022. He has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry including 20 years as the owner of Essek Mortgage.
Frank received this Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Gannon College.
Frank was born and raised in Ambridge Pa, is the father of 4 children and he and his wife Susan reside in Cranberry Twp Pa.

Ian has been with us since January 2022. With years of experience in the people business, he is dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Ian received his Bachelor's Degree from the Pennsylvania State University, where he was the Student Marshal for the Division of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in fall of 2021.
Ian was born and raised in Blair County, PA. He currently resides in both Hollidaysburg and Pine Township.
In his free time, Ian enjoys spending time with family, observing wildlife and playing outdoor sports.

Jacob has a passion for helping people reach their goals by educating and giving them the smoothest experience possible. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Business from Pennsylvania State University.
Jacob currently lives in the Alle-Kiski Valley with his wife, Serena, and his two young children. He enjoys visiting various outdoor recreational parks with his family and watching sports on the weekends.
